Monthly owner payouts include a clear statement and receipts for approved work. Payments are sent via ACH by the 10th. Statements are available in the Owner Portal.
Can I use my own vendors?
Absolutely. We can manage them or bring ours. Our only requirement is that properties use our cleaning team so we can maintain consistency.
Do you require exclusivity?
Yes, for consistency and guest experience, but there is no long-term trap. We earn your business every month.
What’s the guest cancellation policy?
It varies from 14–30 days depending on seasonality and property type.
